Signed, “Duke.” 3) Handwritten two-page letter on hotel stationery, signed “Duke.” 4) Handwritten note signed “Duke.” Roy Campanella: 5) Typed single page on “Roy Campanella, In. Wines and Liquors” signed at close. Tommy Lasorda: 6) Handwritten page on “Tokyo Hilton” letterhead, signed “Tom.” 7) Typed letter on “L.A. Dodgers” letterhead, signed “Tom.” 8) Handwritten page on “L.A. Dodgers” letterhead signed, “Tommy.” 9) Typed letter on “L.A.
