1961 Don Hoak Pittsburgh Pirates Game Worn Jersey

1961 Don Hoak Pittsburgh Pirates Game Worn Jersey

Veteran third baseman Don Hoak played 10 seasons in the majors and won two World Series against the Yankees. Interestingly his first World Series victory came in 1955 with Brooklyn and the other in 1960 with Pittsburgh. All original home jersey features “PIRATES” across the chest in Pittsburgh’s beautiful black on yellow and a large "12" on the reverse. Jersey features its “Action-Tailored” by Rawlings tag that is labeled size “44” on the front tail. Just below, you’ll notice the black continuous stich embroidery that reads, “Hoak”, “43” and “61” all in black. Jersey shows nice use and is free of tears, damage and stains.
