1961 Earl Torgeson Home New York Yankee Game Used World Series Jersey.
Worn during the World Series by Torgeson, who the Yankees picked up at the end of his playing career and remained with the team as a coach. White home flannel Rawlings pinstriped with "Torgeson" written on a stitched patch inside collar. Felt Yankee logo on front. Restored Number "29" sewn on back. The tail is tagged with a (size) 44 patch and "61 set 2" below. Trademark Pete Sheehey # "62" marked on tail, indicating the jersey will be used again the following year. Great use. Lightly discolored and usage stains up around the collar.
