1961 Jim Maloney Game Used World Series Bat

1961 Jim Maloney Game Used World Series Bat

Though he never made it to the plate during the 1961 World Series, this Hillerich and Bradsby model K55 bat was specifically manufactured for hard-throwing pitcher Jim Maloney, who would go on to pitch two no-hitters during his decade with the Reds. The bat has: "WORLD SERIES 1961 MALONEY CINCINNATI REDS" stamped on the barrel. It is uncracked and shows light use with ball marks on the barrel, and measures just under 35".
