1961 John Papa Baltimore Orioles Game Worn Jersey
Right-handed pitcher John Papa only played in three major league games (one in 1961, two in 1962), but he was issued this gorgeous, all-original Baltimore Orioles home jersey six years before his big-league debut. "Orioles 39" adorns the zipper front and "39" is on the back. There's a laughing bird patch on the left sleeve, "No 39-61" strip tag in the collar and Wilson Size 42 tag on the front tail. The jersey is in very nice condition minus a few very minor moth holes.
