1961 NFL Championship Ticket Stub Signed by Jerry Kramer- Packers' First Championship Under Lombardi (PSA)
Ticket stub, issued for the 1961 NFL Championship Game between the Green Bay Packers and New York Giants, signed on the reverse by Packers Hall of Fame offensive guard Jerry Kramer. PSA has encapsulated the ticket and certified the signature as "Authentic." This signed ticket stub has a unique provenance. Our consignor's father-in-law, who attended the game with this ticket, was also a neighbor of Jerry Kramer. Following the game, Kramer was only to happy to sign it on the reverse, while also adding his uniform number. Kramer's signature has been boldly scripted in black marker and grades 10/10. This is a significant NFL ticket stub, as it not only commemorates head coach Vince Lombardi's first World Championship with the Green Bay Packers, but also the start of the Packers' 1960s football dynasty. The fact that it has been signed by one of the key members of the club during that decade only adds to its appeal. The Packers defeated the New York Giants 37-0 in the 1961 NFL Championship game, which was played in front of a crowd of 39,029 at City Stadium (later renamed Lambeau Field). The ticket stub (2x1.5") remains in Very Good to Excellent condition.
