1961 Pittsburgh Pirates Team Signed Bat With Roberto Clemente
A Bob Skinner game used Hillerich and Bradsby model S216 has been signed by the team in thick blue marker. Roberto Clemente, Bill Mazeroski, Elroy Face, Dick Stuart, Dick Groat, Vern Law, Bill Virdon, Dick Schofield, Joe Christopher, Gene Baker, Rocky Nelson, Gino Cimolli, Harvey Haddix, Danny Murtaugh, Don Hoak, Joe Gibbon, Vinegar Bend Mizell and more. Signatures are all readable but some have bled a bit. Clemente is one of the best and rates 8/10. This 33 ounce, nearly 35” long bat was varnished after it was signed to preserve the signatures.
