1962 Fidel Castro Army Uniform with Photo Evidence

1962 Fidel Castro Army Uniform with Photo Evidence

Actual uniform worn by Cuban dictator Fidel Castro in 1962. It is his silky brown khaki Army of the Revolution shirt with his "cigar pocket" at the front. It even has the embroidered red, black & white starred epilates on the shoulders that was worn only by Castro and his very top generals. This shirt was originally obtained from a Cuban gentleman who was one of Castro's closest aides and comes with his letter of authenticity (also comes with LOA from the gentleman who obtained it from him). The aide lived in El Vedado, which is one of the more affluent sections of Communist Cuba. The aide got it from Castro at the time as a momento of the man who was the head of his country and the Revolution. Tagged in the collar, "Fin de Siglo...San Rafael Aguila Habana." Comes with two vintage photographs of Castro wearing this exact shirt. Nice wear and Excellent condition.
