1962 Johnny Klipstein Cincinnati Reds Game Worn Uniform
This is from the one season Johnny Klipstein played for the Cincinnati Reds, in 1962. This great flannel uniform features red piping and the super vest style. Flannel pants came with the jersey. Tagged inside "Set I 1962," the jersey has a satin "47" stitched on the back and "Reds" blue and red logo on front, and both jersey and pants are tagged MacGregor. Pants read "24 34 27 and 60", and by the numbers inside we think they were Jerry Lynch pants. Both show quite a bit of use, which was consistent with the times. Name on back has been removed and number has been changed.
