1962 Macon Peaches Team Signed Minor League Baseball with Pete Rose
Rawlings Official South Atlantic League (Smith) baseball signed in blue and black ballpoint by 23 members of the 1962 Macon Peaches of the "Sally" League. Includes the key signature of Pete Rose, who was moved up to the Majors the following year, the earliest example of Rose on a team baseball that we have seen. Other signatures include manager Dave Bristol on the sweet spot, Tommy Helms, Mal Murphy, Gus Gil, Harvey Alex and several others. NRMT ball is extremely clean with signatures that average a grade of 8, with the Rose grading a 7/10.
