Youthful image of the Pirates star stares from the cover of this rare program printed for an awards cer-emony to honor him as "Pittsburgh's Outstanding Sports Figure in 1961." Four interior pages list and picture other honorees, including Bear Bryant, Mike Ditka, Whitey Ford, Elston Howard and Sonny Jorgenson.
