1962 Roberto Clemente Wire Photo (7.5x10”)
A special vintage wire photo of the Puerto Rican superstar Hall of Famer. Shot is very close up, capturing Clemente’s visage like you’ve rarely seen before. In the background are the outstretched hands and smiling admiring faces of some of his fans. Note the especially enamored smiles (almost lustful) on the faces of the women and the expressions on of the young boys, stricken with awe at the sight of their hero. A great representation of the public’s adulation for the great Clemente. Photo is EX, exhibiting fabulous contrast.
