1963 Donn Clendenon Game Worn Jersey & Pants
Worn by Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman, Donn Clendenon back in the summer of ’63. Sleeveless white home jersey with “Pirates 38” stitched on front. “38” on verso (3 is detached at bottom). Number has been previously changed by the team. “Clendenon 63” embroidered in black thread on front left tail. Just above that is the “Rawlings [size] 44” tag. Pants with 42 written on inside below waistline in faded pink marker. “Extra 34 25” embroidered in waistline by back. “Rawlings [size] 34” tag with “set 1 1963 flag tag and care tag in waist in front. Nice use to both pieces of equipment.
