1963 Ernie Banks 344th Career Home Run Baseball (PSA & Rich Buhrke Letter)
Finding home run baseballs of 500 Hit Club Members is arguably tougher than getting into the club itself. Here is the opportunity to own one hit by legendary Hall of Famer Ernie Banks. This Official National League (Giles) baseball shows fine use and was hit out of the park for Banks's 344th career HR and 9th of the season on June 5th, 1963, at Wrigley Field. All of this is documented on the baseball in ink, reading "#9, Ernie Banks, June 5th 1963, Career Homer #344." Signed in 5/10 ballpoint pen by Ernie Banks on opposite side panel. Sources from the collection of noted Chicago ballhawk Rich Buhrke and comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Buhrke. Ball also has a "10" written on it signifying the 10th catch of the year for Buhrke. Signature comes certified by PSA.
