1963 Lance Alworth SanDiego Chargers AFL World Champions Ring
This AFL Championship ring celebrates one of the many victories that propelled Lance Alworth to the Hall of Fame. From his 1963 win with San Diego, the face of the ring has a real diamond set in a blue, football-shaped stone. Encircling the stone is writing that reads, “San Diego Chargers 1963 World Champions” On the shank “Alworth” appears above a player carrying a ball over the state of California. The other shank has a Chargers logo with “San Diego 51 Boston 10” written above and “AFL” below. Inside the band is a stamp of Jostens’ logo (J inside a diamond) and “10k” This is NOT a sample, it was made for Alworth himself. NRMT.
