This collection of six Beatles tickets from 1964-65 includes one of their most famous performances, the '65 Shea Stadium concert that came to epitomize Beatlemania. More than 55,000 showed up to watch them perform at Shea, the first major stadium concert of its kind, creating a deafening wall of noise, as screaming had become commonplace at their shows. Though the group was mostly ambivalent about the dramatically less intimate setting and the intensity of the crowd, John Lennon later recalled: "At Shea Stadium, I saw the top of the mountain." In addition to the '65 Shea Stadium full ticket, the set offered includes two (2) 1964 Indiana State Fair full tickets, 1964 Hollywood Bowl full ticket and two (2) 1965 Hollywood Bowl full tickets. The stubs are in EX condition, though the 1964 Hollywood Bowl has a crease in the bottom right corner. The Shea ticket has small stain on back (otherwise it is EX-MT) and the back of one Indiana State Fair ticket has mild paper loss, but otherwise both are overall VG-EX.
Addendum: All six tickets are FULL tickets. The catalog mentions the Hollywood tickets as stubs but they are indeed full tickets.
