1964 Cassuis Clay vs. Sonny Liston On-Site Fight Program and Notes
This is an original official program from the February 25, 1964 heavyweight championship fight between Cassius Clay and Sonny Liston in Miami Beach. Clay upset the world by stopping Liston in the 7th round to win the coveted title, dancing in the ring and famously yelling "I shook up the world!" and "I am the greatest!" afterwards. The 12-page program is complete, though it has suffered water staining, is not scored, and has minor separation at the binding. Overall VG. Includes original notes taken on Western Union telegram sheets describing the action, including "bedlam (boos)" and "I am the greatest. I am beautiful."
