1964 Jim Perry Game Worn Twins Jersey
The "other" Perry brother excelled in his salad years with the Twins from 1963-1972. The lanky right-hander had impeccable control and won the Cy Young Award in 1970 with 24 wins -- and, unlike his brother, excelled without making the ball into a wet sponge. One of the classic jerseys of the '60s. The flannel pinstriped beauty has "Twins" on the front and "31" on the verso in blue and red tackle twill. Good game use can be seen around the neck. Tagging on front tail is "Wislon size 42" and an embroidered "1964-1-42". Inside back collar is embroidered "Perry" in blue cable stitching. Jersey is all original with no alterations. LOA.
