1964 World's Fair American Airlines Poster
By Henry K. Benscathy comes this American Airlines poster for the 1964 New York World's Fair, featuring the New York City skyline and the symbol of the fair - the Unisphere. Mounted on linen, this unique looking Worlds Fair poster was originally commissioned by American Airlines in hopes that the spectators would choose American Airlines for their travel needs. NM gorgeous gold frame highlights the poster well with a 1960's look and feel. Some portions of the gold paint have become spotted with oxidation but still presents well. 40 x 50".
