1965 Sherm Lollar Game-Worn Baltimore Orioles Home Jersey

1965 Sherm Lollar Game-Worn Baltimore Orioles Home Jersey

Sherm Lollar was one of the hardest catchers to steal a base against, as underscored by his 46.18% success rate. The nine-time All-Star was also a successful coach with the Baltimore Orioles in the mid-1960s, helping guide the team to the 1966 World Series crown. Here's one of Lollar's unaltered home jerseys from Memorial Stadium with the familiar brown and orange across the chest. The left front tail is home to a “Wilson” size “42” label and a felt strip tag with chain-stitched identifiers reading “41-42-66-1. The flannel top is in EX-MT condition overall.
