This lot of five dozen plus one baseballs all originate from Gaylord Perry's personal collection. All are notated (vintage) by him and show game use. The win balls are mostly from the last out of the identified win and the strikeout balls are those used for the actual third strike. Many milestones and masterpieces from a legendary career are here, while some are from games that included other historic events. All are official National League baseballs - from 1966 thru 1969 Warren Giles is president and in 1970 and 1971 Charles Feeney is president - and it's interesting to note that during some of the early-season games in 1970 Warren Giles balls were still being used. Included are; 1966 (10 balls) including 20th win, 200th strikeout and last ball from Willie Mays' 510 home run game; 1967 (11 balls) including three from 3-hitters and 20th strikeout ball; 1968 (7 balls) including one from a 3-hitter; 1969 (10 balls) including 200th strikeout; 1970 (14 balls) including one from 3-hitter; 1971 (9 balls) including two from 3-hitters.
