2012 Gaylord Perry San Francisco Giants World Championship Ring
From the second of their three World Series titles, the San Francisco Giants continued their tradition of bestowing championship rings upon Hall of Famers who played for the franchise. This gorgeous size 12, 3.8 oz ring was presented to Gaylord Perry, who spent his first 10 seasons with the Giants from 1962-71. It is comprised of real diamonds and 14 karat gold by Tiffany & Co. and is in NRMT condition. Diamonds comprise the SF logo on the face, with "WORLD CHAMPIONS" adorning the top and bottom. The left shank declares his name "PERRY" along with the number 36 with a cable car illustration in between the two. The right shank reads: "SF 4 DET 0, SF 4 STL 3 and SF 3 CIN 2," which refer to the Fall Classic, NLCS and NLDS series game totals. The band is marked inside by Tiffany and "585" signifying 14K white gold. This stately ring is identical to those which were distributed to the players. The other four Giants Hall of Famers who were presented rings such as this were: Willie Mays, Willie McCovey, Orlando Cepeda and Juan Marichal.
