1966 Luis Tiant Cleveland Indians Game Used Jersey w/Matching Pants
Perhaps best known for his spinning wind-up, Luis Tiant was a Cuban-born right-handed starting pitcher who played for the Cleveland Indians at the start of his career. This is his game-used jersey worn in the latter part of the 1960s. Sleeveless, all-original home jersey from 1966 features Chief Wahoo patch and "33" on the zipper-down front, "33" on the back, customized armpits, Wilson Size 42 tag, 66 tag and laundering instructions on the front tail. The name has been removed from the back of this jersey and the zipper needs to be repaired but still presents very well. Accompanying this jersey is a pair of 1966 jersey pants originally issued to Jim Gentile. Wilson size 38, these pants have a "66-26"tag sewn in and match the jersey quite well.
