1967 & 1968 Mike Shannon World Series Game Used & Black Bats (4)
These four nice specimens originate from player, broadcaster and restaurateur Mike Shannon. 1-2) Game used bats are Shannon signature models and have 1967 and 1968 World Series stampings on the barrels. The 1967 is a model C232 and the 1968 a model G69L. The 1968 was at one time signed by the Cardinals team but the signatures have faded badly. Both show light use and were taken home by Mike after the World Series. 3-4) These black bats were presented to Mike after the World Series; the 1967 has wear on the barrel from someone actually using it and the 1968 is in EX condition.
