1967 Boston Red Sox Team Signed Baseball
One of the greatest underdogs in the history of baseball, the 1967 Boston Red Sox overcame significant odds against them to win the American League pennant. Nicknamed "The Impossible Dream Team", the Sox finished the season with 92 wins and 70 losses, only to be defeated by the St. Louis Cardinals 4 games to 1 in the World Series. Presented is a lightly toned ball loaded with thirty five (35) signatures. Carl Yastrzemski, Dick Williams, Rico Petrocelli, Mike Andrews, George Scott, Mike Ryan, Reggie Smith, Joe Foy, Jim Lonberg, Gary Bell, John Wyatt, and many more have all penned their names on the ball in Mint black ink. The ball exhibits a single spot of toning on one of the side panels, but otherwise rates EX-MT.
