1967 Brian Conacher Toronto Maple Leafs Game Worn Jersey
The Toronto Maple Leafs dominated during the Sixties. In 1967, the team would capture the Cup for the last time. Jerseys from this period are impossible to find and highly prized by collectors. This home blue gamer was worn by Brian Conacher while with the Leafs over the 1966-67 and 1967-68 seasons. Brian recalls wearing the same blue jersey for both years. The historic white leaf, embroidered in blue, sits on the chest in a design used for only a short period of time. The number "22" rests on the sleeves above the stripe and again on the back. Tagged in the hem by General Athletic. Well worn with at least eight team repaired holes and evidence of numerous washings. Without a doubt, the prize of the collection.
