Pitcher Dallas Green called it a career in 1968, a season in which he pitched the last eight games of his eight-year Major League career. This all-original Phillies road jersey he wore that summer is a near-pefect specimen and you‚d be hard pressed to find a better example. Features "Phillies" across the front and "46" on the back, with "Green" chain-stitched on a swatch in the collar, Wilson Size 44 tag on the tail along with Set 1 and "66" year tag, though it was used again in 1967. Comes directly from the family of Dallas Green, who wasted little time transitioning into a successful managerial career the following season - a career that culminated in the Phillies‚ first World Series championship of 1980.
