1967 Gaylord Perry Autographed Game Worn Jersey
Changing the face of pitching and the way modern baseball was played, talented “spitballer” won 314 games over his 22 years in the majors. Fabulous gray road San Francisco Giants flannel jersey is signed right on the front in black sharpie (9/10). “San Francisco” blazon across the chest. His “36” on verso. “Perry” is embroidered in black thread on felt patch in collar with “36” handwritten (vintage) in black marker to the left. On the right side is handwritten “46”. Both markings are considerably faded. Front left tail tagging is “Rawlings [size] 46” with “67” and “46” embroidered onto jersey below. Below that is care tag with “set 1 1967” on year tag. Strong use throughout jersey. Numbers and lettering are slightly faded from age. LOA. Included is an autographed color photo (8x10”) of Gaylord Perry wearing similar jersey.
