1967 Harmon Killebrew Minnesota Twins Game Used Road Jersey Ex Halper

1967 Harmon Killebrew Minnesota Twins Game Used Road Jersey Ex Halper

Barry Halper is considered by most to have had the finest private collection of baseball memorabilia ever. He accumulated pieces for over five decades and now has his own gallery in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This immaculate jersey was worn by the feared Minnesota Twins slugger and Hall of Famer, Harmon Killebrew. He tied or led the league in home runs six times, belted 40 or more on eight occasions and knocked in 100 or more runs nine times. "Killer" won the American League MVP Award in 1969, when he led the league in home runs, RBI, walks and on-base percentage. Jersey is shows solid game use and is autographed in blue marker inside the collar. Above it, a patch with "Killebrew" sewn in. Left sleeve has a Minnesota Twins patch. On the bottom front, a "Spalding" patch with a size "44" tag. Below that, sewn directly into the jersey, "Killebrew 3 44 67". Below that a sewn in patch with cleaning instructions. Jersey still has Halper lot tag attached. This one is killer.
