1967 National League All-Star Team Signed Baseball
Many All-Star games featured great pitching duels, but none were as one-sided as this one. Twelve pitchers in all took the mound, each of which had at least one strikeout, leading to an All-Star record of thirty. This game went into the record books as the longest Mid-summer Classic, as well the first in which homeruns accounted for all the scoring. In fact, it was Tony Perez's shot in the fifteenth inning that finally awarded victory to the National League. Presented is an ONL (Giles) baseball bearing nineteen bold NL All-Star signatures: Perez (the game's MVP), Alston, Cepeda, Banks, Aaron, Rose, Gibson, Drysdale, Allen, Brock, Jenkins, Osteen, Torre and more have all left their mark on this magnificent hunk of hide - a real winner. Condition is NRMT-MINT for the ball and signatures.
