1967 Signed Rick Griffin Quicksilver Concert Poster (14x20")
Rick Griffin used a satiric turn on the gold rush theme of "Sutter's Mill" where the prospector is mining for pot instead of gold on the corner of Sutter and Van Ness in San Francisco. Also known as FD-62 in the Family Dog series, this first printing concert features Quicksilver Messenger Service and Country Joe & the Fish appearing on May 19th -21st, 1967 at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. Signed in gold paint pen on the lower right hand side by Rick Griffin. NRMT.
