This rare test issue was issued by Topps in 1967. Each pack contained 3 plastic Plaks attatched like a model kit and a checklist card to stiffen the package. The particular checklist features the photos of 6 HOF players, Jim Hunter, Al Kaline, Harmon Killebrew, Frank Robinson, Carl Yastrzemski, and Mickey Mantle. The card is trimmed but appears VG and is authenticated by SGC.
