Interesting framed award from the Football Writers Association of America awarded to Jim Thorpe. This handsome document/award features two gold colored seals and reads, "The Football Writers Association of America acknowledges and honors Jim Thorpe of Carlisle School for Indians upon his selection to the All-Time All-America Team this 24th day of September, 1969." Also features an image of an eagle clutching a football and facsimile signatures of Dave Campbell (FWAA) and R.D. Lund (Chevrolet). Framed to 13x16" overall.
