1969 Bobby Hull Goal Puck
This glimmering gilted puck from the personal collection of the Golden Jet was the very one he deposited in the net for his 51st goal of the 1968-69 season -- the 3rd time he'd hit 51. Hull would clear 50 five times in his brilliant career. Of course, no one had ever scored 50 even once before he came along. Hull had the puck gold plated and affixed an octagonal silver plaque engraved "Bobby Hull, 3rd 51st NHL Goal, Chicago at Oakland, March 12, 1969." Ironically, he hit 50 for the 1st time on March 12, 1966. EX-NRMT puck is from the personal collection of Bobby Hull and has a smooth sheen marred only by a few unobtrusive nicks.
