1969 Jackie Robinson Signed Personal Check (PSA)
Jackie Robinson personal check, dated December 25, 1969, signed by Robinson in blue ink (9/10). The check, drawn on the Freedom National Bank of New York, is made out to "Mr. and Mrs. Joe Mitchell" in the amount of $300. Robinson has signed the check "Jack R. Robinson" along the base. Robinson's printed name appears in the upper left corner. The check (6x2.75"; visible dimensions) displays normal bank cancellation stamps and a vertical fold. In apparent Very Good condition. Matted and framed together with a vintage Jackie Robinson Chesterfield newspaper advertisement (9.5x13.75"; EX). Total dimensions: 16.25x25.25". Full LOA from PSA.
