1969 O.J. Simpson College All-Stars Jersey
The now-infamous Simpson was supposed to have been on the 1969 All-Star team, and this jersey was made for him to wear in the game. However, it was reported that insurance for Simpson could not be obtained for the game, thus he did not play. "32" is on the front and the back with red stars on the shoulders. Vintage signed in blue ballpoint on the number "2" on the back. Wilson size 46 tag on the front tail. No use, obviously. "Juice" was a peerless running back at his Alma Mater, USC, and then with the Buffalo Bills, where he became the first pro player to rush for 2,000 yards in a season... a feat that's all the more amazing considering that the time he achieved it in 1973, the NFL season consisted of just 14 games.
