1969 Pogo Original Cels Produced by Chuck Jones (39)
These are the original handpainted cels for the only finished Pogo animated show ever done: Pogo’s Special Birthday Special. Produced in 1969 by the great Chuck Jones, this ran on NBC. There are 39 cels here and about half feature Pogo himself or parts of him (most are full bodies). The rest feature P.T. Bridgeport (the bear based on P.T. Barnum). Many are oversized and condition is excellent. They each have that distinctive Chuck Jones style made famous in the Warner Brothers cartoons.
