1970 Floyd Patterson vs. Charlie Green On-Site Fight Poste
On September 15, 1970 at Madison Square Garden in New York, former World Heavyweight Champion Floyd Patterson fought Charlie “Devil” Green in an important heavyweight fight. Both men were attempting to get in line for a shot at the title. Patterson proved he still had some zip left in his quick hands and knocked Green out in the 10th round. Presented here is an official on site poster to this event. The poster is cardboard, measuring 22” x 28” and pictures both fighters. It is in excellent condition with minor staining, edge and corner wear. A fine example of a scarce Floyd Patterson on site poster.
