1970 Memphis Blues Game Worn Jersey
The swinging 70’s was a great time to be a Mets Fan. The Amazing Mets of ‘69 had captured the imagination of New Yorkers and inspired the clubs’ Minor League affiliate, the Memphis Blues. The Blues captured the Eastern Division title in the Texas League for the second consecutive year in 1970. This game-worn Rawlings flannel road jersey, size 42, has a great Blues patch on the left sleeve, which mimics the Mets logo inside a blue note with Set 1...1970 tags on the front tail. The jersey is all original with number ‘29’ on the back.
