1970s Baltimore Colts NFL Football Cheerleader's Uniform
This is an unusual vintage Baltimore Colts NFL Football team-issued and game used cheerleader uniform. The shorts are so small they could not have left much to the imagination, and painted on the right cheek is a blue horseshoe. Of great vintage design with short shorts, a fringed vest and furry ear muffs, this set - ID'd "Bonnie" - is an authentic, rare example from the 1970s. The fringed vest has a football silk patch sewn on the right side. There's no marked size, but the vest measures approx. 16" from armpit to armpit and the shorts have a 26" waist. As this is a costume, possibly made to order for the team, it is common to have no markings. Excellent game used condition.
