1970s Bill Lee Appearance Advertising Sign
"Spaceman" Bill Lee was known as much for his antics off the field as he was for his unique approach to pitching on it. This sign, a 34x52" advertisement for an in-person meet-and-greet with the Spaceman, features a signed 8x10 of the peculiar pitcher in his Boston Red Sox uniform at its center-left, autographed in black sharpie. The poster features mostly red lettering on a white background, but includes some white lettering on blue.
