1970s Buffalo Bills AFL Cheerleading Uniform
This is a vintage Buffalo Jills cheerleader's uniform from the 1970s. The Bills logo changed from a standing Buffalo to a charging Buffalo with the red stripe coming from its horn in 1974 as seen on the jacket. Heavy material and hand-made for the individual cheerleader by Sally Shelton. Jacket is lined in red satin which has lining tears as shown, does not affect uniform at all. Zips up front and zippers on sleeves. Dress is belted and pleated with the Bills megaphone logo and white buttons. Photo on internet of similar outfit (not included).
