1970s Chuck Foreman Minnesota Vikings Game Worn Jersey

1970s Chuck Foreman Minnesota Vikings Game Worn Jersey

The Minnesota Vikings' first-round draft choice in 1973, Chuck Foreman was a versatile running back who often caught passes in the backfield. This white road jersey bearing his purple number "44" had all numerals on the front, back and shoulders heat-pressed on while the letters on the name plate are sewn on. Tagging on the tail reveals the uniform was "designed and tailored exclusively for the Minnesota Vikings National Football Conference by Sand-Knit Medalist Industries." A second Sand-Knit tag below the first one shows size 48. Shows light but definite use. Foreman played eight seasons in the NFL - the first seven with the Vikings - and was a five-time Pro Bowl selection.
