1970s Kevin Joyce Indiana Pacers ABA Game-Worn Jersey
New York City-born Kevin Joyce was drafted out of the University of South Carolina by the NBA's Golden State Warriors in 1973 but elected to sign with the ABA's Indiana Pacers instead. The shooting guard was joining a team that was coming off successive championships and extended to a third straight trophy in his rookie season. This was Joyce's blue road jersey with script "INDIANA" in gold with white shadow and number 43 on the front. "JOYCE 43" adorns the back. There is no tagging. Joyce played two seasons with the Pacers, averaging 11.8 points per game before splitting his last season (1975-76) with the Kentucky Colonels and San Diego Sails. The jersey shows great game use and is in EX-MT condition.
