1970’s Rod Carew Autographed Game Worn Batting Helmet

One of the most elusive pieces of game-used equipment from one of the most prolific hitters in baseball history. Rod Carew wore this Minnesota Twins batting helmet during the height of his career. “TC” logo painted on front shows signs of wear. “29” painted on both sides of the visor as well as the back in white paint. Size 7 1/8 & “Pro-Celd American Baseball Cap, Inc.” sticker inside. Helmet shows heavy signs of use overall. Capped with a perfect signature in gold sharpie on the left side: “Rod Carew ’77 MVP.”
