1971 Oscar Robertson Milwaukee Bucks NBA World Championship Ring

1971 Oscar Robertson Milwaukee Bucks NBA World Championship Ring

From one of only two players to ever average a triple double for a season, and one of NBA's top 50 players of all time, this ring represents the epitome of the Big O's career. Aside from his incredible stats, 1971 would mark the only year Oscar Robertson would win an NBA title. Even more amazing is that it was his first year with the Bucks, having been traded in stunning fashion by the Cincinnati Royals. Robertson, paired with a young Lew Alcindor (Not yet Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) proved an unstoppable force. The Bucks would win an astounding 66 games in the regular season, cruise through the playoff at 12-2 and sweep the Baltimore Bullets for the title. This is the one and only ring Oscar received for that magical season and has been in his possession ever since. A real diamond is set in a basketball shaped setting with the inscription "NBA WORLD CHAMPIONS" on the face, "O. Robertson 20 Straight Milwaukee Bucks" with buck logo on one side and "1971 NBA" with Jerry West Logo on the other side. The ring is size 13.5, 10k gold and in NM condition.
