From just the second year in his illustrious career, this Julius Erving signed Mitchell & Ness Virginia Squires ABA jersey dates from the 1972-73 season. Signed on front number and numbered Limited Edition 33/132 in silver Sharpie, tail tags read 1972-73, Mitchell & Ness, and laundering instructions along with size 48 long. Erving name is in individual letters sewn above his number 32 on back, and "Squires" is above the front number, all in red-on-blue tackle twill lettering and numbering. UDA holo only. Dr. J averaged 31.9 ppg on the season to lead the ABA in scoring, which he did in three of the league‚s final four seasons before the merger with the NBA.
