1972 Frank Tepedino Game Worn New York Yankees Jersey
Home white pinstripe was worn by little known New York Yankee prospect, Frank Tepedino. He owned one of the sweetest swings in baseball, but had no fielding capabilities. Gorgeous Yankee pinstripe still proudly displays the navy felt “NY” team logo over the heart. On the verso, his number “41”. Very light use and in top display condition. One could call it Mint, as there is virtually no wear to the numbers. In the collar is embroidered the name, “Pena” on small nameplate. Tagging on the front left tail is “Wilson [size] 44” with the year, “72” sewn into the fabric below.
