Jack Ham‚s career was loaded with firsts; he scored his first touchdown on October 22, 1972, while playing the Patriots from Boston.Ham had a superb game that was highlighted by an interception coupled with a 32 yard run to the end zone.From that remarkable game comes the very ball that Ham caught and scored with. After the game, the Steelers hand painted the ball and presented it to Ham in honor of his first touchdown and the thorough defeat of the Patriots 33-3, the good old days.The painted white panel reads, "Jack Ham - 1st NFL TD- Steelers 33-Patriots 3."Directly from Jack‚s personal collection, this ball is fresh to market and simply oozes Steelers history. Signed and inscribed "HOF 88" by Ham in 9/10 black Sharpie.The following items come directly from the personal collection of Jack Ham. Jack was considered one of the games greatest outside linebackers. With 8 straight Pro Bowl appearances and four Super Bowl championships during his 12 year career, we would have to agree.
