1972 John Hiller Detroit Tigers Game Worn Jersey
Left-handed hurler John Hiller played his entire 15-year major league career in a Tigers uniform, and that includes this one. All-original and showing fantastic use, this home white jersey features the classic old english "D" on the left breast and "HILLER 18" on the back. There is a Wilson size 42 tag on the front tail along with a "42 72 Set 1" strip tag. Hiller spent much of his career as a relief specialist, and even led the American League with 38 saves the following season. He fashioned a stingy 2.02 ERA in 1972, and Tigers jerseys from this era in their all-original state are very rare. This one's a keeper!
